Who we are
Interposters is a trading name of Phantasm Ltd, operating interposters.com. For privacy enquiries, contact us via our contact form.
What we collect
When you place an order, we receive your name, email address, delivery address, order contents, and a payment reference from Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and message so we can respond.
Lawful bases
We process order data to perform our contract with you. We rely on legitimate interests for operating our business and preventing fraud. We rely on consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Processors
Stripe processes payments and sends payment and refund emails. Royal Mail processes delivery addresses and sends tracking information. See the Stripe privacy policy.
Internal processing
Order details are held in a private spreadsheet on our fulfillment computer only. This data is not published or made publicly accessible.
Cloud storage
Paid order data is stored privately on our servers for up to 90 days after processing, then deleted automatically.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing emails from this checkout flow.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may complain to the ICO. Contact us via /contact/.
